Schedule
- Check in at around 4 Pm with your friends or family, Our staff is always ready to welcome you with a smile and welcome drinks.
- You will get your tents in a while, You can put your luggage (Don’t carry expensive things) inside the tents you have allotted.
- Hang out around the backwater of Pawna lake.
- As you come back snacks will be ready for you.
- Play some outdoor games like cricket, volleyball, badminton, archery, and dart, Indoor games are also available like carrom, chess, cards, and ludo.
- You will get a BBQ from around 7 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Have fun with loud DJ Music and a Light system from 8 Pm with your friends or family.
- Dinner will be from 10 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Bonfire after 10:30 PM.
- The countdown will start at 11:59 PM to welcome 2023.
- Celebrate new year 2023 with your friends and family with Loud DJ music and Firecrackers.
- Enjoy a cake and forget 2022.
- Next day Breakfast will start from 8 AM to 10 AM.

You can travel with your private vehicle to reach Pawna lake, You will get the Google map location of the NYE party after booking confirmation. Another option is Public transport, You can reach Lonavala or Kamshet by train. You will get a private vehicle outside the station to hire. Policies
- Check-in: after 3 PM Check-out: Before 11 AM.
- Advance/ full payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
- The remaining payment should be done at the time of check-in.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any kind of behavior/conduct should not be caused harm to anyone on a camp like other users, staff and service provider, etc. If such things happen we have the authority to ask you for an instant Check out without any refund, and if that user denies we can go for handover that user to a higher authority.
- Pets are allowed but at the user’s own responsibility, the user has to carry their food and bedding.

Cancellation policy
- 40% of the advance amount is non-refundable in the case of full cancellation.
- A Guest is entitled to a refund of 60% of the full amount if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In.
- A Guest is entitled to a refund of 40% of the full amount if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 5 days before the Date of Check-In.
- If the Guest cancels within 5 days of the Date of Check-In, user is entitled to no refund.
- If the count of adults or children are changing after booking confirmation, the user has to give prior notice or information to us (Thrillcampers company) at least 24 hours before check-in time (3 PM), Otherwise, We will not responsible for any kind of refund.
