At ThrillCampers, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and property partners while providing clarity on refund eligibility based on your booking type and cancellation timing.
Cancellation Policy Details
For Bookings with 40% Advance Payment:
Eligible for Full Refund (40% advance amount):
Cancellations made 20 days or more before your check-in date
Full advance payment will be refunded to your original payment method
No Refund Eligible:
Cancellations made less than 20 days before check-in date
No portion of the advance payment will be refunded
For Bookings with Full Payment
60% Refund Eligible:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before your check-in date
60% of the total booking amount will be refunded
40% Refund Eligible:
Cancellations made 6 to 14 days before your check-in date
40% of the total booking amount will be refunded
No Refund Eligible:
Cancellations made 5 days or less before your check-in date
No refund will be processed for last-minute cancellatio

Cancellation Timeline
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official channels
The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written cancellation request
Check-in date refers to your original scheduled arrival date
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required depending on your bank’s processing time

Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
In case of extreme weather conditions or natural disasters that make travel unsafe, we may offer flexible cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure Events
For cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (such as medical emergencies, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events), please contact our team to discuss possible exceptions to our standard policy.
Property-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel your booking due to property unavailability or other issues on our end, you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation timeline.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation notice will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for any refund.
Modification Policy
Booking modifications (dates, guest count, property changes) are subject to availability
Date changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to this policy
